She founded Skin & Wax Sanctuary to prove that you don’t have to sacrifice the client connection to be efficient.

Madison’s signature 10-Minute Brazilian isn’t just about the clock; it’s about quality. She is passionate about elevating the industry standard so that every woman, regardless of where she goes, can expect a painless, professional, and precise experience. By teaching Estheticians how to refine their flow, she helps them double their revenue potential while decreasing their physical burnout.

While her hands are fast, her focus is always on the skin. She is particularly obsessed with the magic of Mandelic Acid for treating the delicate bikini area and believes that educating clients on post-wax care is what separates a "waxer" from a true skin and wax expert.

When she isn't in the treatment room or mentoring the next generation of waxers, you can find her hanging out with her dog, Aurora, or obsessing over new ways to make the "vulnerable" wax experience feel like a sanctuary.
